Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ scoop of Scout’s Honor Protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional - ½ cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • Optional - 1/3 cup of shredded toasted coconut

Directions:
1. Stir everything together in a bowl
2. Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
3. Roll into balls
