Recipe: Superfoods Detox Protein Smoothie

Need an energy boost? This smoothie is perfect for those looking for a nutritious, protein-rich drink that helps detoxify and energize. The combination of greens, protein powder, and citrus flavors creates a refreshing taste that will leave you feeling revitalized and rejuvenated.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of BioHealth's Phyto Perfect Protein + Superfoods
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale leaves
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 small green apple (cored and chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes 

Directions:

  1. Combine the protein powder, spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, and water (or coconut water) in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more water or coconut water to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and enjoy!
