Ingredients:
- 1/2-1 cup of water
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Phyto Perfect Protein + Superfoods protein powder
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple
- ½ cup of kiwi
- ½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
- ½ of a lemon - juiced
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except the protein powder and blend in a blender.
- Add the protein powder to the mixture and blend again for 15 seconds.
- Let the shake rest for 30-60 seconds.
