This recipe combines the tropical sweetness of mango with the juicy flavor of strawberries, all while providing a boost of protein with strawberry banana protein powder. It's a perfect way to start your day or recharge after a workout. 


  • 1 scoop of BioHealth's Precision Blend Strawberry Banana protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber and omega-3s)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)


  1. Add the protein powder, frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, banana slices, and coconut water into a blender.
