Recipe: Protein & Superfoods Frittata

Elevate your brunch game with a protein-packed superfoods frittata that not only satisfies your taste buds but also nourishes your body with this superfoods protein and organic fruits and veggies. This recipe combines wholesome ingredients and protein to create a flavorful and nutritious dish that's perfect to start your day.



  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6-8 large eggs (or vegan egg substitute for a fully vegan option)
  • 1 scoop of BioHealth's Vanilla Phyto Perfect Protein + Superfoods
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil) for garnish
  • Optional: 1/2 cup of shredded raw gruyere cheese to top


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Veggies: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  3. Add Spinach: Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Mix in Tomatoes: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another minute until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs (or vegan egg substitute) and the scoop of protein powder until well combined. 

  6. Combine and Bake: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet. Gently stir to distribute the vegetables throughout the eggs. If adding the cheese, sprinkle over the top of the mixture.

  7. Bake the Frittata: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.
