- 1 scoop of BioHealth Nutrition's Vanilla Precision Blend Time Released Protein
- 1 tsp sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 - 1 cup of ice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick add more ice or almond milk and blend until desired consistency is reached.
