Recipe: Vegan Mint Brownie Energy Bites

Our Vegan Mint Brownie Energy Bites are the perfect combination of rich, chocolatey goodness and a cool touch of mint, all in a bite-sized package. Whether you're craving a quick energy boost, a mid-afternoon treat, or a healthy dessert alternative, these energy bites have you covered. Plus, they're vegan-friendly and made with wholesome ingredients that will keep you energized and satisfied.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of almond flour
  • ¼ cup of ground flax seed
  • 2 scoops of BioHealth’s Phyto Perfect Mint Brownie protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup vegan mini choc chips
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients
  2. Form the dough into 1 inch balls
  3. Place the balls on parchment lined pan
  4. Chill until ready to eat
  5. Enjoy!
