"The unflavoted version of this pre-workout is not great tasting. It doesnt have a flavor, but it does have a taste. I cannot do it in water alone, so I mix in my electrolytes. I can tell a difference in focus with it, but in water only it is rough. I've been ordering from Biohealth for years and never had any issues, but this time one of my ordered items was canceled but showed in stock. . . and another item was sent in a different flavor than I ordered. I reached out to the email mentioned in the order confirmation and have not received any kind of response. It has been over 2 weeks now. I'm definitely disappointed in the lack of customer support."

"I bought this to help me with my energy prior to my workouts. It does give me that boost I need and lasts through my workout. I will say it is too sweet for me. I add to water and ice and blend it but I struggle getting it down because of the sweetness overload. Other than that it is a great pre-workout that does not cause jitters or make you feel like your heart is beating out of your chest."
