FAQ

What does time released protein mean?

Precision Blend mixes proteins that digest at different speeds, so amino acids keep reaching your muscles over a longer stretch. Whey works fast, while milk protein isolate and micellar casein are slower. That's how it supports lasting fullness and recovery. Each scoop has 31 grams of protein.

How do you use Precision Blend?

Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 8 to 16 ounces of water. Drink it before a workout, before bed, or as a quick meal replacement. Choose how many scoops based on how much protein you need in your day.

What's in Precision Blend?

The protein is a pasture fed complex of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, milk protein isolate and micellar casein. It also has natural flavoring, an enzyme matrix, stevia leaf extract and salt. Because it's made from milk proteins, it isn't a fit if you have a milk allergy. It's third party tested for purity and potency.

What flavors and sizes does Precision Blend come in?

You can choose from five flavors: Chocolate Milk, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, Churro and Strawberry Banana. Each comes in a 2 pound or a 4 pound tub. Whichever you pick, it's a low carb shake sweetened with stevia leaf extract.

Should I get Precision Blend or Precision ISO?

Get Precision Blend if you want a shake that keeps you full for hours, with 31 grams of protein. It works well between meals or before bed. Pick Precision ISO if you want a shake that digests fast, with 27 grams of protein, right before or after training.

I love this!

"I use this vanilla protein powder to recreate Starbucks matcha lavender iced latte. By using a scoop of vanilla protein powder, then adding matcha tea powder and lavender powder. Can be made with any kind of milk or H2O. I usually use H2O and add just a bit of milk for “richness”. Less calories and more protein than Starbucks."
