Stress Relief Collagen Smoothie

Stress can be a total health and mood buster and is a vicious circle. You get stressed about a problem, then you become stressed about being stressed and that's when it can take a toll on your overall health. Luckily, with this stress relief smoothie and some meditation, you can be back on track to a stress free day.

Let's get you started to this delicious, stress relieving smoothie with an added collagen bonus. 

Ingredients:

- 8 leaves of fresh mint

- 1/2 cup of avocado

- 1/2 cup fresh, chopped fennel

- 1 cup of crushed pineapple

- 1 cup of ice

- 1 Scoop of BioHealth's Hydrolyzed Collagen

Directions: 

1. Roughly chop the fennel & mint leaves

2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to perfection. 

3. Drink to your health!
