Recipe: Stress Relief Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 8 leaves of fresh mint
- 1/2 cup of avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh, chopped fennel
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup of ice

Directions:
1. Roughly chop the fennel & mint leaves
