Agostina's summer fitness strategies

If the warmer temps are any indication, summer is days away and the last thing you want is to be uncomfortable in your own skin. Now, more important than ever, let’s work smarter and not harder. Try following these simple tips and thank me later:

  1. Water water water! Make sure you've got your gallon jug and bring it with you EVERYWHERE! It’s so important to stay hydrated, not only because it’s scorching hot, but it'll help you curb cravings and provide essential hydration to your tissue & organs. 
  2. Follow a dedicated meal schedule. You don't get chiseled abs from eating whatever, whenever. It's incredibly important that you follow a disciplined, healthy diet that'll keep you feeling great. You can find my meal plan at AgostinaFitness.com. I live by it!
