Recipe: Vegan Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Indulge in guilt-free snacking with our delightful Vegan Protein Cookie Dough Bites. Made with the rich and chocolatey Phyto Perfect protein powder from BioHealth, these bites are not only delicious but also packed with plant-based protein + superfoods. Perfect for on the go or as a quick snack, whip up a batch of these delectable treats and satisfy your sweet tooth while getting in some extra protein.

Ingredients (Makes about 16 bites):

  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup BioHealth Nutrition's Chocolate Phyto Perfect protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. In a food processor, combine cooked chickpeas, almond butter, and maple syrup (or agave nectar). Process until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add oat flour, BioHealth Chocolate Phyto Perfect protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the food processor. Process again until all the ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.

  3. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips. Make sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  4. Using your hands or a cookie dough scoop, portion out the dough and roll it into bite-sized balls. Place the bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Once all the dough has been rolled into bites, refrigerate them for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

*Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
