Recipe: Mochi Donut Protein Muffins

These mochi donut protein muffins are exceptionally delicious and perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a guilt-free treat. These muffins are sure to satisfy your cravings while keeping you on track with your fitness goals. 



  1. Preheat the oven to 350F & line a muffin tin with muffin liners. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the protein powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix well. 
  3. Add nut butter and applesauce and mix until fully combined. 
  4. Fill the muffin liners to 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 minutes. 
  5. Remove the muffins and let them cool.
