Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
  3. Using your hands, form 12 balls of cookie dough and place them on the sheet. Press down on each cookie to form a cookie shape.
  4. Bake for 12-14 min.
  5. Remove from oven and let them cool.
