Recipe: The Perfect Healthy Pineapple Mojito

We're all about innovation. All of our flavors are engineered to have a multitude of ways to be enjoyed. Our Hydrolyzed Collagen Refreshers are no exception. These flavors were made to be enjoyed in a variety of ways, with water, as a spritzer or even as a flavoring as your favorite cocktail. Using our Pineapple Mojito Collagen, this is our take on the authentic recipe for a mojito with a healthy twist.


- 10 fresh mint leaves

- 1/2 lime, sliced into wedges

- 1/2 scoop of BioHealth's Pineapple Mojito Hydrolyzed Collagen

- 1 teaspoon of sugar (or your favorite sugar substitute)

- 1 cup ice cubes

- 1 1/2 ounces of white rum

- 1/2 cup club soda


1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a glass. 

2. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime.

3. Add 2 more lime wedges, the sugar and the collagen and muddle again to release the lime juice.

4. Fill the glass to the top with ice. 

5. Pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with soda water. 

6. Stir (or shake) and taste. 

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wedge.
