My name is Ryan Tremblay, and I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. I played Baseball as a young kid but that's the only team sport I played. When I was about 10 I started to get into extreme sports, motocross, skateboarding, wake boarding, things like that. When I graduated high school and turned 18 I joined the Marine Corps. It was the best decision I ever made! I traveled all over the world, learned how to use all sorts of weapon systems, I got the experience of going to a combat zone (I like to look at it as a positive) I learned hand to hand combat techniques through the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, and a wealth of other assorted training. When I got out of the Marines I knew that I wanted my life to be about fitness so I decided that I would dedicate myself and my time to learning anything and everything about nutrition and physical exercise. So far I have gotten myself certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Behavioral Change Specialist), I have worked for a good calisthenics gym called Orlando Fit Body Bootcamp where I would coach up to 35 people at a time, multiple times per day. Last year (2016) I decided that I wanted to know more about the sport of cycling so I bought a bike and did a 2-month cross-country cycling trip from San Francisco to Orlando Florida. When I finished that I decided to get into Gymnastics, so I started trading at a gymnastics facility there. Then I started to get into rock climbing and running and swimming and more martial arts. Which leads me to today, I'm living close to LA and I am still dedicated to bringing all aspects of fitness and body movement together to master my mind and body and use this to market great products and company's and enhance the entertainment industry.
