What is CreActive?
CreActive is a creatine performance formula built around creatine HCL. It's made to support strength, muscular endurance, muscle pumps, recovery and focus. You take one scoop shortly before you train or compete, so it slots into the time you'd normally take a pre workout.
How do you take CreActive?
Take 1 scoop 15 to 30 minutes before you train or compete. You can also take it any time you want support for focus, since the formula backs up cognitive function as well as strength. There's no caffeine in it, so a late session won't add caffeine to your evening.
Does CreActive have caffeine?
No. CreActive is stimulant free, so there's no caffeine and no other stimulant in the formula. It's built for people who want help with strength, pumps and focus before training without the buzz of a stimulant product. If you already drink coffee, you won't be doubling up.
What's in CreActive?
The formula has four ingredients: potassium, creatine HCL, inositol stabilized arginine silicate and Alpha GPC. Creatine HCL is creatine bound to hydrochloride, a different form from plain creatine monohydrate. CreActive is third party tested for purity and potency.
What flavors does CreActive come in?
CreActive comes in two flavors, Unflavored and Strawberry Twist. Pick Unflavored if you plan to stir it into a drink you already like. Pick Strawberry Twist if you'd rather it taste like something on its own with plain water.

Good energy
"I bought this to help me with my energy prior to my workouts. It does give me that boost I need and lasts through my workout. I will say it is too sweet for me. I add to water and ice and blend it but I struggle getting it down because of the sweetness overload. Other than that it is a great pre-workout that does not cause jitters or make you feel like your heart is beating out of your chest."
