Recipe: Mochi Donut Protein Muffins
These mochi donut protein muffins are exceptionally delicious and perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a guilt-free treat. These muffins are sure to satisfy your cravings while keeping you on track with your fitness goals.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of BioHealth Nutrition's Mochi Donut Precision ISO Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup of almond flour (or alternative)
- 1/2 cup of nut butter or peanut butter
- 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- Optional: Blueberries or chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F & line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a mixing bowl, add the protein powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Add nut butter and applesauce and mix until fully combined.
- Fill the muffin liners to 3/4 full and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the muffins and let them cool.
