Churro Protein Balls

 Directions:

Cinnamon Protein Bites (no-bake, gluten free, vegan friendly) 
Ingredients:
1 heaping tbsp of ground cinnamon 
1 1/2 scoops of BioHealth churro protein 
1/4- 1/3 cup honey (use maple syrup if vegan)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4-1/3 cup creamy nut butter (we used peanut butter)
3/4 cup gluten free oats 
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract 
Macros:
(Per protein bite)
Calories: 90
Total Fats: 3.5 g
Carbs: 10 g
Sugars: <1g
Protein: 60g

Directions:
1. Grind up your oats in a blender or food processor and transfer into a mixing bowl
2. Add the almond flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and nut butter. Stir ingredients together. Add in your honey and vanilla and mix well with hands 
3. You might need to add more honey or nut butter if batter becomes dry 
4. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place onto cookie tray with parchment paper underneath (should make around a dozen or more) 
5. Stick in the freezer for 20-30 minutes then transfer into a Ziplock bag
6. Dust with additional cinnamon if desired (I used cinnamon sugar)
7. Keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks! .

•1/2 frozen banana

•Handful frozen zucchini

•Big spoonful almond butter

•1 scoop protein Banana iso!

•Cashew milk

Directions:

2 scoops of pumpkin donut protein powder 

3/4 cups of fat-free milk

1/2 banana 

1 egg

1/4 cup rolled oats

2 teaspoons of baking powder 

Dash of cinnamon

Pumpkin Oats

Directions:

Pumpkin protein oats:

1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 cup fat-free milk or water

1/2 scoop pumpkin donut protein

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together before heating

3 minutes in microwave

Stir

1 minute in microwave

Top with your favorites! (Peanut butter tastes great!)

Directions:

1 scoop @biohealthnutrition pumpkin donut 100% grass fed whey protein.

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder 

4 tbsp water or milk of choice 

Directions:

Here’s what you do → whisk everything in a bowl add to greased waffle maker (I use coconut oil spray!), ADD ALL THE TOPPINGS! I used plain whole milk yogurt, banana slices, grain free cinnamon vanilla bean granola, and more pumpkin spice. Yep, simple as that!

Directions:

Pumpkin spice protein mug cake 

1 scoop pumpkin donut protein powder 

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 tbsp coconut flour 

1/4 tsp vanilla extract 

Coconut milk until you reach proper consistency (should be a really thick batter)

Directions:

All you have to do is spray microwave safe mug/bowl/small container with coconut oil spray or whatever you have, mix everything up, and microwave for 1-1.5 min.
